About Your Visit
Can I visit if I have symptoms?
RinRin Medical Studio primarily provides health checkups and diagnostic imaging. If you have severe pain, sudden symptoms, or feel acutely unwell, please visit an appropriate medical facility for evaluation and treatment.
Is there an age requirement?
In general, our services are available to those aged 18 and over.
Can I have an examination if I am pregnant or may be pregnant?
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please inform our staff before your examination. X-ray and CT examinations are not available.
Can I have an examination if I have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device?
It depends on the type of examination and the type of medical device. Please bring any identification card or documentation for your device and inform our staff when you arrive.
Appointments & Fees
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. However, depending on availability and the type of examination, you may need to wait.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments.
On the Day of Your Visit
Are there any restrictions on eating, drinking, or medication?
There are no special restrictions on eating or drinking. Please take your regular medications as usual.
How long does the examination take?
Your visit will usually take about 30 minutes. The actual time may vary depending on the examinations you choose and how busy we are that day.
Test Results
When will I receive my results?
In general, you will receive your digital results by email within a few days. Some specialized tests may take longer.
What happens if an abnormality is found?
If an abnormality is found, we generally recommend taking your results and imaging data to a medical facility in your home country for further evaluation. If you prefer, we can also refer you to a medical facility in Japan.
Other Information
Can I visit if I don’t speak Japanese?
Yes. We use translation tools to assist patients who do not speak Japanese. Please feel free to visit us.
When will I receive my keepsake?
Most keepsakes are available on the same day. However, depending on the type of keepsake and the number of orders, some may take longer to prepare.
